AWOL

Sorry I have been missing for a while - It would appear that I lost my Mojo. I have searched and searched for him and think I may have found him but have got a feeling that if I dont hold on to my mojo with both hands he will run away again.

Anyway, I managed to complete a Challenge set on UKS. The Photos are of my daughter. She is not Camera Shy !!! Take a look for yourself.

And to make the day extra special I meet one of my team mates from UKS, Rachael. It was lovely to meet her and she is just as lovely in real life as she is on the team thread. Just need to meet the rest of my team mates now.

My friends husband has recently left her for another women. It is her friends birthday soon as I know my friend is worried about money so I have made this gift so that my friend can give it to her friend for her birthday, She does not know I have made it yet so I hope she like it........

Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day..............................................For all of you who are lucky enough to have Mothers and those who are Mothers I hope you all have a great day. I am extremely lucky to have a wonderful mum who I know I can count on in times of trouble. I know she will always be there for me. If you are reading this Mum...................Thanks, You are one in a million and I Love you Loads.

My daughter made me my first Mother's Day Card at pre-school which I will treasure forever. I have also been spoilt, I got slippers, dvd, chocolates and socks but I also had a Cricut Expression which was a Valentines/Mother's Day Present. I do have a truly wonderful husband and gorgeous daughter.

Here is a card which I made for MIL. I did not make this card for her but DH saw it and asked if he could have it for his Mum.

The 12 x 12 paper is Heidi Grace and the pink and brown card are from Papermill.

First Card using SU Stamps

Here is the 1st Card I made using my SU Stamps. As with all Stampin' Up! Products they are great quality and so simply to use.

The flower stamp is from the "Simply Said" Collection and the title is from the Cheers & Wishes" Collection.

The Backing Paper is DCWV Pocket full of Posies Stack.

Birthday Ball

My Sister in Law is having a 30th Birthday Ball where all men will be in black suits and the girls will be in ball gowns. Her colour scheme is Black and White.


Here is the card I have made for her...............Hope she likes it.

The 30 was cut out on my Cricut Expression and the Book Tag was done using my Big Shot. The Black and White paper is by DCWV Dressed Up.

I also made this RSVP Card - Mum on the Run made this card which I found on her Blog. It was absolutely perfect so I had to "lift" it. Hope you don't mind Mum on the Run !!!!

Well, look at me I have my own blog.

What I am I going to use my blog for? This is going to be your insight into my life!!! I am going to share with you my many passions which include cardmaking, scrapbooking, etching glass and altering art (well that is just too name a few)

This Layout was done using the January's Gotta Craft Kit. (http://www.gottacraft.co.uk/) I am a big fan of black and white layouts. The red heart and title was cut out using a Craft Robo Pro and the flower was cut out using a Cricut.
